PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Sienna Construction Ltd to recruit and train one Office Administration Apprentice. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of duties to support across multiple departments within the business. Training to be provided: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6-8 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach. About the role: The Office Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties: Reception duties, answering the phone, meeting and greeting people when they arrive at the office Admin duties, copying, filing, archiving, opening the post, shredding Any other ad hoc duties that will be required of you Filing supplier invoices once approved & paid Attaching & filing delivery notes Business surveys yearly, monthly & quarterly Set up new contracts/site files This job description is not limited to role responsibilities.
