Stock condition Surveyor - South West
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in South West.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
* Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
* Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
* EPC assessments.
About the Role:
Immediate start!
* Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided.
* Carry out 8-12 completed surveys per day
* Induction provided to use the software.
