The Lived Experience and Carers Lead will promote the inclusion of the user voice by offering individuals and Carers the opportunity to share their feedback and be involved in co-production projects. The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure that each service embraces the Lived Experience and Triangle of care culture. As part of the role the Lived Experience and Carers Lead will assist with reporting, auditing and developing forums. The Lived Experience and Carers Lead will require excellent communication skills and the ability to form good working relationships across teams and between agencies.
