Role Overview:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll work closely with Account Executives to manage client relationships, process renewals and adjustments, and liaise with insurers to secure the best terms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general queries
2. Provide exceptional client service and support
3. Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms
4. Assist with claims handling and administrative tasks
About You:
1. Experience in insurance broking (commercial or personal lines) is essential
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
4. Cert CII qualification (or a willingness to work towards it)
