About the role
The Quality and Governance Analyst is an exciting and challenging role within IT2A; reporting to the IT2A Quality and Governance Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Planning and Governance function. The primary focus of this role will be the introduction, maintenance, and oversight of a Computer Systems Validation (CSV) process. Additionally, the candidate will support the organisation by developing, maintaining, and disseminating quality and governance-related activities. They will also be responsible for gathering and analysing key metrics to provide comprehensive reports and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
In summary the successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Development and maintenance of the IT2A CSV process.
2. Act as the liaison between IT2A and the Corporate CSV Manager on all CSV activities.
3. In collaboration with the IT2A Project Assurance Manager, validate the fitness for purpose of all CSV artifacts.
4. Collaborate with delivery teams to drive the improvement of quality of CSV artifacts.
5. In collaboration with the Corporate CSV Manager support the inspection teams through timely provision of evidence.
6. Co-ordinate and liaise with key stakeholders to plan and deliver key governance activity, i.e., CIO performance reviews, Audit Reviews etc. ensuring all artifacts are available and at standard.
7. Support the Quality and Governance Manager in delivery of appropriate Quality, governance, and continuous improvement training, as required throughout IT2A.
8. Creation and ongoing maintenance of quality, governance, and continuous improvement programmes of work.
What you'll need to have

1. Good understanding and experience of Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
2. Strong data management and analytical skills.
3. Proven experience in quality assurance, governance or a similar role.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
