As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary contact between the business and our customers. Your responsibilities include supporting customers during their online comparisons, clarifying product information, and helping them take advantage of special offers.

* Excellent customer service skills, with experience supporting customers in contact centers or face-to-face.
* Experience communicating via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
* Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Google Suite.

Salary and Location
The salary for this role is £25,000. It is a hybrid role based in our Cardiff office, working three days in the office and two from home.
