KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Work planning and job scheduling including:
* Supervision of unplanned service and maintenance scheduling
* Managing costs and liaising with customers regarding further works
* Notify Sourcing of required materials, equipment, and sub-contract services including timing and locations
* Maximise resource utilisation and optimise field operations to plan and deliver a safe, effective, and efficient service
* Ensure that all site documentation (including test results/certificates) is collated and passed to Finance as part of the billing pack to support customer invoicing.
* Properly use the company's operational systems to maintain full, accurate, and timely records. Encourage all staff to do so.
* Promptly deal with any telephone, written, email, or face-to-face queries.
Experience
* A good mechanical understanding would be an advantage but not essential.
* Demonstrable record of face-to-face, phone, and email interaction with customers (private and commercial), colleagues, managers, and suppliers at all levels across all functional areas.
* Experience of working under pressure in a busy office environment is essential.
* A calm, measured, and thorough approach to problem-solving.
* Track record of using IT as an integral part of a job.
