Professional Institute – Membership Body
Home with visits to Bristol Office at least once or twice a month – Ideally South West Based with travel and overnight stays to visit members and attend events and conferences
Basic Salary £36,000-£38,000 plus benefits: contributory pension scheme and 25 days annual leave plus 10 public Holidays and mileage
Permanent, Full Time
A UK Current Driving Licence and Access to a Car is needed for the travel and overnight stays during the year.
My client a well-respected and reputable professional institute – membership body based in Bristol is currently looking for an Assessment Manager.
The Role
To promote the benefits of membership of the Institute and in particular its pathways to chartered and technical status, and to oversee and manage our accreditation and professional practice standards and processes.

Person Specification
Essential
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience with professional accreditation
Proven ability to establish and drive team discussions, to learn from experience and to improve organisational processes and plans
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain effective networks
Excellent written, verbal and oral communications skills, including confidence as a public speaker
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programmes
Proven ability to lead, balance a busy workload and drive several projects at once
UK Current Driving Licence
Desirable
Previous experience of working for a Chartered body
Experience of managing complaints hearings in a professional body or similar organisation.
Experience of working with committees
Experience of working with volunteers
