As a Removals & Fine Art Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the company. This position involves working closely with the removals team, providing administrative support, coordinating activities, and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities of the role of Removals & Fine Art Operations Administrator:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing project updates, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the removals team to plan, organise, and schedule removal projects effectively.
Maintain regular communication with drivers, art handlers, and other team members to ensure the prompt and secure delivery of items.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective support for removal projects.
Keep accurate records of all removal projects, including inventory, condition reports, and client information.
Assist in arranging transportation, including packing, loading, and unloading of valuable fine art items.
Requirements for the role of Removals & Fine Art Operations Administrator:
Experience with diary management
