Job Title: Administrator Location: Leeds - LS1 Salary: £25k-28k Contract: Permanent Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am-5pm HRGO are looking for a proactive Administrator to support our well established Financial Services client with high-level administrative and secretarial tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide admin and secretarial support - typing, diary management, filing, and emails Handle calls, ensuring messages reach the right person quickly Maintain accurate records and compliance with legal regulations Keep iManage files organised in line with Lexcel standards Support colleagues across teams and assist with overflow work via Big Hand dictationSkills Required: Previous experence working in a smilar role Previoud administration experience ideally within Fincnial or Legal srevices Keen eye for detail Ability to multitask If you're organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you
