Working with culinary teams to break down dishes into various components for recipe input. Maintaining and updating ERP systems and other internal systems, reviewing, inputting, and updating recipes, pricing, and galley plans data. Collect all dish weights after the presentation. Create delivery plans (menus) and galley plans (packing plans) into the system. Calculate and review BOM. Solve operations/productions related issues. Assisting in producing operational reports as requested.
