About the Role As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of bothservices. Youll be responsible for supporting and mentoring staff, ensuring that the individuals we support receive exceptional care tailored to their needs. Your role will be key in promoting independence, inclusion, and community engagement while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. You will also play an active part in service development, championing digital innovation, and ensuring that our teams are continuously improving and working towards delivering outstanding care. The ideal candidate will have: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards Level 3 within 18 months).
