Payroll Administrator LOCATION: Newton Aycliffe SALARY: Up to £25,000 (pro rata) SHIFT/WORKING HOURS: Part time 22.5 hours per week Imperial Recruitment Group are currently working with a global organisation who are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a part time basis. Responsibilities: Complete management of the payroll process Ensure timely and accurate transfer of data to internal systems Reconcile monthly payrolls and send reports to Management team Administer Company pension schemes and oversee payment transactions. Liaise with all external agencies. Provide information to management team Provide timely and accurate information as required and administrative support to the Payroll Manager Advise where appropriate on legislative developments such as Working Time regulations, Agency Workers regulations, Real Time Information etc. and assist in ensuring Company compliance. Any other duties that could reasonably be expected as being within the remit of the post.
