Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
13. Supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans
14. Understanding when to transfer cases from the Safeguarding team to the Permanence team
15. Building strong and respectful working relationships with families, their support network and our partner agencies
16. Regular assessment writing, threshold application, home visits, direct work, care planning, chairing meetings and case recording in line with our policies and procedures
17. Ensuring that children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording
18. Actively taking part in reflective supervision and group supervision
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
19. Social Work England registration
20. Eligible to work in the UK
21. Hold a full UK license
22. Post-qualified experience
23. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
