Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging PE lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
2. Develop and implement diverse sports and fitness programs to engage all students.
3. Encourage students to develop teamwork, leadership, and resilience through physical activity.
4. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
5. Contribute to the school's extracurricular sports program and competitions.
About You:
1. Qualified: A relevant teaching qualification (QTS) and a degree in Physical Education or a related field.
2. Experienced: Experience teaching PE at Key Stage 3 and 4 is desirable but not essential.
3. Passionate: A genuine enthusiasm for sport, fitness, and encouraging students to lead healthy lifestyles.
4. Creative: Able to deliver varied and engaging lessons that cater to all abilities.
5. Organized: Strong classroom management and the ability to plan effective lessons.
6. Team Player: Willing to contribute to team sports and extracurricular activities.
