Job Title: General and Gynae Sonographer Banding: Band 7 Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Rate: £50 - £55 per hour Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 37.5 hours per week We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Sonographer specialising in General and Gynae Sonography to join our client's team in Oxford. What will your responsibilities be: The Sonographer will be responsible for performing a wide range of general and gynaecological ultrasound scans, ensuring the highest standards of imaging quality and safety. Duties include preparing and positioning patients, operating ultrasound equipment, and accurately recording imaging results. The role also involves maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Radiography or equivalent HCPC or RCT registration Postgraduate Certificate (PGC) in Ultrasound Extensive experience in general and gynaecological sonography Strong knowledge of ultrasound safety and protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to continuous professional development How to apply?
