Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to students with complex needs in educational settings.
Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and nurturing environment.
Implement personalized learning plans and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young adults with complex needs is preferred.
A relevant qualification in Special Education, Child Development, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
