Job Description Aluminium Welder Salary: From £32,000 Hours: Normal days (40 hours per week) Extra’s: Overtime available (paid at premium) Location: Four Mile Bridge, LL65 Are you a highly skilled Coded Welder / Fabricator with expertise in MIG and TIG welding ? Key Responsibilities Precision Welding & Fabrication Perform MIG and TIG welding to coded industry standards. Work with aluminium and stainless steel for high-specification marine fabrications. Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precision in all builds. Engineering & Manufacturing Fabricate small to medium-sized components for aluminium boat building projects. Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure welding procedures, material preparation, and fabrication meet strict quality and compliance regulations. Workshop & Site Operations Carry out metal cutting and forming processes as required. Ensure all welding and fabrication work meets safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards. What You Need to Succeed Essential Skills & Experience ✔ Proven ability to weld using MIG and TIG processes. ✔ Strong background in fabrication and welding of aluminium and stainless steel. ✔ Experience working from engineering drawings with precision. ✔ Knowledge of metal cutting and forming processes. ✔ Valid driving license.
