THE CLIENT
Our client is a newly launched Infrastructure Debt Fund based in London. The team will invest in all Infrastructure assets within Europe and across the Credit capital structure. They are looking for an Analyst or Associate to join their team at this pivotal stage of their journey.
THE ROLE
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate best in class competence across the following:
1. Supporting transaction execution, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation and presentation to the Investment Committee.
2. Modeling and valuation of potential investment opportunities.
3. Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis used to support the underwriting of potential investment ideas and theses.
4. Supporting the transaction due diligence and closing processes.
5. Preparing detailed investment committee memoranda.
6. Assisting in structuring transactions.
7. Understanding key credit documentation and deal terms.
8. Supporting fundraising efforts and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
THE CANDIDATE
The candidate for this role will have between 2-4 years’ experience within European Infrastructure/Energy Debt, Project Finance, or Infrastructure/Energy Advisory.
1. Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
2. Highly motivated self-starter and entrepreneurial, with sound business judgement, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
3. Excellent presentation skills and capable of producing high-quality materials for the investment committee.
4. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and long-term business growth focus.
