CRM Senior Account Manager - Leading Creative Agency up to £45k Our client is an award-winning integrated creative agency with an impressive roster of big clients and a strong culture. Due to immense growth, the agency are looking to hire a new Senior Account Manager to work on a new client win alongside a more established account. The agency are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated Senior Account Manager to join a fast-paced account. The work is extremely fast paced with a continuous high volume of work leaving the agency. You will be working across B2C comms and delivering end to end campaigns focused on email, app and push channels to increase customer engagement, loyalty and acquire new customer sign ups. With exposure within this tight-knit team to experienced SAMs, ADs and a Group Account Director, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop and hone your skills across the board, as well as showcase your talents and interests across the wider agency. You will report into the Group Account Director and support the team in the day-to-day running of the account and delivery for clients as well act as a mentor for more junior members of the client services team. You will need to be confident in your ability to manage your own projects and are trusted to do so, asking for help and working together across projects when needed. Once you are fully embedded within the team and comfortable with what’s required of you. Your main responsibilities will include: Taking briefs from the client and managing their expectations Managing client status reports and meetings Organising kick offs with internal teams Writing briefs for the creative and design teams You will also work closely with the operations team to deliver email, app and push campaigns. Delivering the campaigns on time and on budget and retaining the client’s innate trust in you Requirements Essential skills / abilities: Knowledge of agency core processes Experience in delivering CRM communications (especially email) Some management experience is desirable Great attention to detail and strong process-driven approach to Client Services Know when to loop more senior members of the team where appropriate Solution orientation and drive to make things happen Highest level of organisation with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once Resourcefulness and solution-orientated when things don’t go to plan – ability to find solutions, with the support of your line manager Strong interpersonal and communication skills If you have account handling experience in a similar creative marketing agency with CRM/loyalty marketing experience, this is the role for you
