We have a great opportunity at HMYOI Wetherby to join the education team as our Support & Progression Manager on a Permanent, full-time basis working 37 hours per week.

What the role entails
As a support and progression Manager at Hmyoi Cookham Wood you will be guiding young people through the education induction process, supporting them through initial assessments, gathering background information and creating learning plans. You will manage a caseload of young people through their education journey focussing on planning for release, attending multi-agency meetings and building relationships with education, training, and employment providers in the community.
