Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, attentive to details, reliable, full of energy, approachable with extensive knowledge of fashion and trends of the season and an expert leader in engaging and styling clients. As a Store Manager, you are in charge of maximising store targets, retail excellence, ensuring your team is motivated in providing an optimal and personalised customer service while complying with Jimmy Fairly procedures and standards. You will build a store environment that nurtures creativity and employees' development.
The Role:
Every day is different at Jimmy Fairly, however your key responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Experience: It is essential for you to be a great brand ambassador and embrace the brand. You will develop your team to provide an amazing in-store customer experience using the Optometrist’s recommendations to build perfect product solutions for the customer.
2. Commercial Leadership: Lead your team towards success through training & coaching in order to exceed the store objectives and KPIs. You will monitor the store targets & KPIs, individual sales KPIs of your team members.
3. Operations: Fully proficient on operating till system, payments and fraudulent transactions. Follow company policy and procedures.
4. Commercial & Merchandising: Manage deliveries, ensure replenishment is made and new collection is processed according to the JF guidelines.
5. Human Resources: Train and develop the team with a development plan that emphasises their skills. Create a positive and inclusive work atmosphere, motivate and recognise achievements within the team.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualities:
* Be eager to learn, develop yourself and others.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or leading a team.
* Strong organisational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
* High motivation & enthusiasm toward our brand.
* Show passion about retail and interest in fashion and retail market trends.
* Problem solver! Adapt to new situations, be proactive!
* Understand the business KPIs and how to develop them.
* Positive and proactive attitude and knowledge of motivating a team.
* A previous experience in the optical industry would be ideal.
