They are a provider of maintenance support, services, and hire of electric forklifts to the commercial industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to provide service and support from their Wakefield site. Responsibilities for the Parts Advisor:
* Issue quotes to customers based on engineers' reports
* Interface with the service technicians to ensure their parts needs are met
* Purchase parts and accessories as required
* Receive and process customer orders
* Maintain up-to-date records and track the movement of stock/parts
* Notify the team when items are on back orders or will be a delayed shipment
* Deal with telephone and online parts enquiries
* Ensure customers needs are met with a professional and proficient manner
* Liaise with sales, engineers, operations and accounts.
Requirements for the Parts Advisor:
* Experienced Administrator or Advisor who has support field-based engineers. This can be from any industry
* Experienced in planning routes and raising quotations.
* Confident user of Microsoft and CRM systems
* Have a quick thinking and confident approach
