Team: Young Person Team (Grade 7/8, SCP 26-36)
Salary: £36,124 - £45,718 per annum
Additional Benefits: Essential Car User Allowance (£1,239 per annum) and 2% Recruitment and Retention Allowance.

Exciting Opportunity:Social Worker for Young Person’s Team
Due to the success of our Young Person’s Team, we are expanding! We seek a qualified social worker to join this specialist team, focusing on young people at risk outside the home, including those facing criminal and sexual exploitation, gang association, and peer-on-peer abuse.
What You'll Do:
Work with a small number of young people to build strong, meaningful relationships.
Collaborate closely with MSET and Missing coordinators.
Conduct assessments for Children in Need, Children in Need of Protection, and Cared for Children.
Engage creatively with young people to gather their views and provide high-level support and intervention.
What We’re Looking For:
Skilled in building relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
Understanding of contextual safeguarding.
Creative, tenacious, and determined to make a positive impact.Support and Development:
