We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - Tech to join our growing organization. You will get the opportunity to solve problems while working in a fast-paced environment, working with Tech teams. You will have end-to-end product ownership from strategic opportunity assessment to tactical road mapping and feature development. In this role, you will be defining the vision for how Sellers and Amazon manage fulfilment globally. You will own developing and executing against a multi-year roadmap, leveraging data and insights from our Sellers and inventing new technology to deliver innovations which help Sellers grow and expand their business on Amazon. You will lead new initiatives and develop and implement new ideas. This role can be based in London, Luxembourg, or Madrid. Key job responsibilities - Partner with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision and roadmap to grow existing products and scaling them globally - Work backwards from the needs of our Sellers and develop innovative products to delight our Sellers and drive large scale improvements in their businesses. - Lead and own the product and tech roadmap to improve our product portfolio. Partner with Tech teams in design and solutions - Lead investment, prioritization and trade off discussions - Work with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to develop detailed product, business and User Experience requirements for large-scale and complex product launches - Manage project milestones from design to launch - Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our Customer’s and Seller’s needs - Be accountable for overall product experience and financial performance of the product area Basic Qualifications - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering - Experience with end to end product delivery Preferred Qualifications - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Bachelor's degree Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
