About the Job The role of an Education Recruitment Consultant has many different facets. As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and selling a candidate to a client, as well as being their consistent pillar of support throughout their employment period with Teaching Personnel. You will manage your own recruitment desk, developing business through creating exceptional relationships with schools and educators, and become an expert in your sector. This is a challenging, fast paced but highly rewarding role, and while all our consultants are different there are a few things they all have in common: Ability to work within a fast-paced environment Team-focused & Reliable Organised and able to juggle several tasks at any one time Resilient Strong written & verbal skills Consistent Ability to work to deadlines & meet (& exceed targets) In order to apply for this role you will need to demonstrate these skills and abilities either through a Degree course, or relevant experience working in a sales, or target driven environment.
