Responsibilities:
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth.
* Use insights gained from data analysis to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Extensive experience in corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
* Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing large corporate accounts, preferably within the language services industry or a related field.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and trends to drive business decisions.
* Willingness to travel as required and be present in the Newbury office on a weekly basis.
