Job Description:
In this position, you will be supporting Dematic across our EMEA engineering services operation by focusing on the development of the engineering maintenance services we provide to our customers.
As the dedicated EMEA Operational Excellence Engineer, you will work closely with various international engineering centres of excellence to better understand our technology and partner with our resident and field maintenance teams to develop standard systems, processes, and operations across EMEA.
This will contribute to the successful implementation, delivery, and financial success of the EMEA CS Service contracts through continuous improvement, aiming for excellence in compliance, culture, and digital services.

About Dematic
Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop standard systems and processes to ensure compliance with Dematic’s Legal obligations (LOLER, PSSR, EN528, etc.) and internal policies around Health and Safety.
* Support service teams to maintain legal and safety compliance.
* Develop a standardized maintenance management system (CMMS) for regional deployment, enabling KPI reporting, inventory management, and equipment performance feedback.
* Lead the implementation and support of CMMS within EMEA Resident Teams.
* Standardize and implement site operations, maintenance standards, and policies across the region.
* Advise sites on maintenance programs aligned with modern practices (FMEA, RCM, CBM).
* Drive a Continuous Improvement culture using tools like CAPA, FMEA, RCA.
* Promote innovative use of technology, data, and analytics in maintenance.
* Collaborate on developing and deploying digital services and advanced maintenance strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Expertise in managing Technical Engineering Systems.
* Experience working with various standards, processes, and legal requirements across countries.
* Ability to influence teams in a matrix organization and build stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent communication and workload management skills.
* Experience in service delivery within a commercial organization.
* Knowledge of CMMS and modern maintenance practices.
* Desired: Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and their implementation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
