Description:
You will work with KPMG colleagues, client teams and with C Level client resources to:
1. Provide credible advice to clients on how to operate IT in the most effective manner, including commercial structure and cost control
2. Develop IT strategies collaboratively with client teams
3. Lead client engagements end to end
4. Design IT operating models that address client challenges
You will work within the Tech Strategy capability group and with the wider KPMG firm to:
5. Identify emerging trends in the market and develop products and services that KPMG can leverage within our client base
6. Champion the use of our global propositions e.g. AI
7. You will lead engagement teams to deliver high quality products and outcomes to our clients and identify further opportunities to support them for the wider KPMG firm.
8. Build global relationships and actively seeking out the most appropriate SMEs to address client needs
9. Communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems
10. Build constructive working relationships across different teams, functions, countries or cultures

Essential Skills and Experience
Current experience in at least 2 of the below:
15. Developing IT strategies in complex environments, with a focus on leveraging Cloud/ SAP and other emerging technologies
16. IT Operating model design across several organisations
17. IT Cost optimisation
18. Agile delivery methodologies, particularly at scale in large organisations
19. Be self-sufficient, with proven leadership experience delivering large technology programmes/projects
20. Tenacious, passionate and thorough in approach and style; able to adjust communication styles from C level to junior level
Desirable Experience
21. Consulting experience with large organisations and complex technology transformations
22. A passion for emerging technology and driving business value
23. Experience working with Corporate clients.
