At Cyclops Group, we’re seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our growing group marketing function. You’ll head a small but talented in-house team, manage external partners, and work closely with the senior leadership team to drive business growth through high-impact marketing strategies.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our business. You’ll bring structure, insight, and leadership to help define and execute our multi-brand and multi-channel marketing approach across global markets.
You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the Group’s marketing strategy, balancing long-term brand positioning with short-term lead generation, and ensuring alignment with business goals across our divisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the Group marketing strategy, ensuring it supports overall business objectives across multiple divisions, regions, and customer segments; and that resources are appropriately allocated to meet the varying needs and priorities of each division.
* Lead, develop, and inspire a small marketing team while overseeing relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
* Work closely with the senior leadership team to translate commercial objectives into impactful marketing programmes.
* Define and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs, and use data-driven insight to continuously improve ROI.
* Oversee the development and positioning of brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.
* Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results.
* Provide strategic direction on digital presence, including web, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
* Guide marketing’s role in customer experience, acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
* Champion cross-functional collaboration with Sales, IT, and Operations to support business-wide initiatives.
* Ensure marketing processes and performance reporting frameworks are in place and continuously evolving.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing management or leadership role
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage external partners, and align marketing strategy with commercial goals
* Strong grasp of B2B marketing principles and digital marketing channels
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
* Confident managing budgets and marketing performance data to inform decisions
* Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
* Proven ability to manage and grow social media channels (especially LinkedIn)
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
* Experience with digital paid advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and SEO strategies, including tools like SEMrush
* Working knowledge of CRM systems
