Our Welcome team continually strives to offer the very best customer experience, where our clients will always feel welcome. We endeavor to understand their needs, ensuring that our clients are promptly directed to our legal and financial experts.
As a member of our Client Services department, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional atmosphere. Your interpersonal skills will be highly valued as you provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries with utmost care and attention. Team members provide a warm welcome in all our offices, manage meeting rooms and parking, and provide the first point of contact for clients, organizing the signing of documents. This team also provides the Tees switchboard service, taking often complex calls from clients, asking questions to find out more about what they need and then directing the calls through to the right legal and financial experts.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Enquiries Coordinator (Switchboard Operator) to join the New Enquiries and Switchboard Team in our Bishop's Stortford office.
Tees prides itself on delivering an exceptional client experience. Our New Enquiries and Switchboard Team will ensure that the client is truly at the heart of our service delivery. As a Client Enquiries Coordinator at Tees, you will be at the forefront of this new initiative, delivering excellent client service as the all-important first point of contact – the voice of Tees. Whether it's ensuring that callers to our busy switchboard reach the right professional expert or taking forward new enquiries on behalf of our expert legal teams, you will be vital in establishing a positive impression for our clients.
As a Client Enquiries Coordinator, your role would include:
1. You will ensure calls are picked up within agreed service levels.
2. Accurately take information and present key points to the legal team via the enquiries dashboard and set up a client contact record on the firm's case management system.
3. Establishing knowledge of the legal services we provide, then maintaining and updating knowledge of teams’ work, provision, and offer through regular liaison with all legal teams.
4. Providing feedback and raising any relevant issues, working with the Client Services Manager/Team Leader to identify any additional training needs.
