About the role: We currently have a vacancy in our Edinburgh office for a tech savvy administrator. This role is fundamental to the smooth running of the Edinburgh office and will be part of a team who support all who work in Edinburgh. This is a newly created role and such you can make it your own. This is an exciting and varied role where no two days will be the same You will: Learn to become a super user on our CRM System – “Alcium” – to run funding checks and input client data Add property details to our internal system “Portal” and then upload to our website Use Google Mail to communicate internally and externally Create presentations using PowerPoint for clients and bids Learn how to create tender documents using Microsoft Word Maintain, update and track customer information on Excel to input and update our internal databases Work with the marketing team to update LinkedIn and Twitter accounts Actively support our AML manager ensuring we are fully compliant You should be: Comfortable using Microsoft 365 packages and digital systems Passionate about customer service and enjoy talking with people Flexible working approach Thrives in a fast-paced environment Team player Pro-active and willingness to learn Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, 35hrs a week. Salary: £21,000 per annum.
