The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children.
Lead and inspire a team of childcare practitioners, promoting professional development and high standards of practice.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices in line with regulatory requirements and nursery goals.
Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and staff schedules to maintain the efficient operation of the nursery.
Foster strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent). A higher qualification in childcare or management is desirable.
Experience: Previous experience in a management or senior leadership role within an early years setting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and regulatory requirements.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
