Job Description
Duties and responsibilities of the Business Operations Officer include, but are not limited to:
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
* Maintaining and organising schedules and appointments
* Assisting in the preparation of regular reports
* Handling queries and correspondence promptly and professionally
* Coordinating office procedures and systems
* Managing confidential documents and information
* Organising and attending meetings when required
* Ensuring effective internal communication within the team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Operations Officer should have:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and experience with various software applications.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* A keen eye for detail
