Here is what a typical day could look like for you: Meet with clients to discuss their memorial requirements always ensuring that the client is well advised, informed of all options, and accurately advised of costs. Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams regarding memorial requests and queries. Accompany the client to visit the completed memorials on-site to ensure we have met every request of the client's needs. Witness and carry out interments based on the Client's request. Carry out administrative tasks relating to the processing of memorial agreements ensuring compliance with cemetery/crematorium regulations. Communicate with the administration staff to ensure that they have the appropriate documentation and are aware of any further enquiries or orders. Whilst the above duties will be a main part of your role, our teams work collaboratively, therefore you will be upskilled in other duties across our Crematorium Teams. We are an agile team; to meet the needs of our customers requires us to be mobile and flexible, therefore you are likely to be asked to work across different locations in the local area when required based on operational needs.
