We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Administrator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing customer invoices, and handling various tasks using a SAGE-based system
This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent administrative skills, and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Process supplier invoices and raise customer invoices.
* Log and bank incoming customer cheques as required.
* Create reports using SAGE and Excel as needed.
* Handle all incoming and outgoing post.
* Obtain sales prices from the relevant advisor when information is missing from the system.
* Query supplier/sales prices with the relevant supplier or advisor.
* Keep Google Drive up to date with supplier price lists.
* Assist the Business Coordinator with ad-hoc tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proficiency in Word & Excel.
* Experience in general administration or working in a busy office environment.
* Strong administration skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy skills.
* Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is desirable.
The successful candidate will:
* Have a strong work ethic and not be a ‘clock watcher’.
* Have the ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Be helpful with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Be organised and able to prioritise workload.
* Have extremely good attention to detail.
