We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking financial services organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that will drive key business transformation initiatives. What's in it for you? Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2/3 days in the office per week) Rate: £700 - £900 per day Contract Duration: 6 month's (Opportunity for Contract to Perm) The Role: As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping the overall architecture of the Salesforce platform, ensuring that it aligns with business needs and strategic goals. This is a key role within the business, where you will drive the technical direction for the organisation’s Salesforce initiatives and lead complex integration projects. Key Responsibilities: Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. Architect enterprise-level integrations using Mulesoft to ensure seamless communication across systems. Drive the adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and FSC Lead the architecture and execution of digital transformation programmes, working closely with both technical and business teams. Ensure that solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards. Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices, from configurations to customisation and integration. Act as a governance leader, overseeing design decisions through a structured design authority process. Collaborate with internal teams and systems integration partners to deliver high-quality solutions that align with project goals. Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams, aligning requirements and expectations. About You: 7 years of Salesforce architecture experience, with a proven track record of designing and implementing solutions across multiple clouds. Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities, with hands-on expertise in integrations, particularly using Mulesoft. Solid understanding of integration methodologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture. A background in large-scale digital transformation projects, ideally within the financial services industry. Strong leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and support less experienced architects.
