Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a business in Huddersfield who are recruiting a Payroll Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end payroll is completed accurately and in-line with requirements. Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid Working) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support for the entire payroll and benefits process (tax codes, CHAPS, BACS, PAYE, NI) Month end and year end tasks for payrolls (monthly and weekly) and pension schemes Support the broader payroll team to deliver company values and perform their best Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (i.e P11d, P60, FPS/EPS submissions) Oversee the administration of all company benefits including, life assurance, pensions and private healthcare You will need to demonstrate: Experience within a similar position End-to-end payroll experience CIPP qualification (desirable) – opportunity for development as appropriate Experienced within Excel and Microsoft Office Benefits: Bonus scheme Company pension Free on-site parking Hybrid working Cycle2Work scheme Discounted gym membership Employee assistance programme Eyesight checks Fuel card
