Our Team: The HRBP Team are hybrid and work across the Council, with managers, trade unions and employees to build and maintain strong working relationships. We work across a range of work streams including employee relations, strategic decision making, transformational change and organisational design & development. This can range from attendance management support, to disciplinary and grievance processes, to ensure that people practices are handled in a fair and consistent manner. The team are embedded within directorates attending senior management team meetings, though have a main base at Halton DCBL Stadium. The expectation is to self- organise your working diary with your case load management which requires two days on site as a minimum and flexibility required between council locations and a small amount of home working.
