You will be working for a leader in the fire-resistant, energy-efficient claddings, internal and external refurbishment, and planned building maintenance industries. Working in both the public and private sectors to deliver tailored building solutions. This is a full time hybrid role in which you will be responsible for: Overseeing day to day operations Project Management Implementation of Retrofit projects Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery Managing cost control Managing quality assurance Travelling to sites/office to engage with projects Qualifications/Previous Experience: Previous Project Management, Operations management and Implementation skills would be ideal Knowledge of building retrofit processes and construction industry standards Porblem solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work well in a team and by yourself Previous experience with Health and Safety regulations Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination ideal ADZN1_UKTJ
