The Job Role: Reporting to the Customer Finance Operations Team Manager, you will form a key part of the close knit team who are available to help our customers with queries. Liaising with customers via email and telephone, assisting them with general finance operations queries and supporting them through their application for lending to purchase their new car Communicating with our lenders, making sure all applications are completed and paid out, allowing us to deliver cars on the agreed date Acting as a point of referral and booking service for returns, cancellations, and taking details for refunds and other customer payment requests Being an escalation point for complaints, unwinds, vehicle issues, deliveries and working closely with the service delivery team Must have experience: The role holder will have a passion for providing excellent customer service within a Customer Experience team and be able to demonstrate and be proud of their success stories Experience within a fast moving customer contact centre/experience team or equivalent Understanding of the customer journey and the importance of delivering great customer service is essential Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with strong customer service skills and a passion for finding solutions to enhance performance The ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels Well-organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task Added bonus: Previous experience within the automotive industry or brokerage would be an advantage Previous experience using a CRM platforms (Zendesk) would be an added benefit Icing on the cake experience: An understanding of working in a rapid growing start-up and/or ecommerce industry If you're looking for a career that has great teamwork, training, rewards, long-term scope and is going places – apply now Our policy is to employ the best qualified people and provide equal opportunity for the advancement of employees including promotion and training and not to discriminate against any person because of gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, belief or disability.
