Salary: Up to GBP55,000 + Bonuses and Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Annual Leave: 28 days + Birthday Off

Your Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
* Lead and Inspire : Manage a team of Deputy Managers and Residential Care Workers to deliver outstanding care
* Ensure Compliance : Maintain all legal, statutory, and Ofsted requirements
* Create a Safe and Supportive Environment : Uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards
* Drive Performance : Use data and best practices to improve outcomes for children
* Build Strong Partnerships : Work with local authorities, partner agencies, and stakeholders
* Manage Budgets : Ensure responsible and effective use of resources
* Develop the Service : Work with the Responsible Individual to enhance service quality
What Were Looking For
Were seeking an experienced leader who is dedicated to making a lasting impact in childrens social care.
Essential:
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Commitment to obtaining a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
* Significant experience working in a childrens home
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding principles
* Proven leadership and management abilities
A full UK driving license is desirable.
