Job Description
VEPS (Veolia Energy and Process Solutions) is a major player in the design and construction of innovative solutions for the global energy market. We specialize in water, gas, and oil treatment technologies, focusing on sustainable solutions that meet the challenges of the energy transition.
Our main clients include large oil and gas companies, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms, as well as consultants and subcontractors specialized in the energy sector.
In this context, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Business Developer to expand our global business and strengthen our market position.
Main missions:
1. Participate in strategic development and collaborate best with internal teams to promote VEPS
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the sector
3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to penetrate new markets
4. Create and manage a complete range of marketing materials
5. Ensure commercial and technological monitoring
6. Participate in major sector events
Qualifications
Desired Profile:
1. Technical training in the field of energy, oil and gas
2. Significant experience in marketing and business development in the oil & gas sector
3. Excellent understanding of the challenges of the energy transition
4. In-depth knowledge of water, gas and oil treatment processes
5. Established professional network in the industry
6. Mastery of English is essential, other languages appreciated
7. Schedule flexibility to work with international teams
Skills related to the missions:
1. Technical expertise → Rapid understanding of the needs of customers and sales teams
2. Marketing skills → Creation of appropriate and effective supports for our target clientele
3. Ability to develop relevant content in perfect writing
4. Sectoral monitoring → Identification of market opportunities in a constantly evolving sector
5. Relational skills → Identification of strategic partnerships with key players in the sector
6. Adaptability → Collaboration with international teams and varied clients
