Customer Service Team Member
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Team Member.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering top-quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver quality goods on time and put a smile on thousands of faces every week.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
* Work efficiently and effectively, managing your route and van to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with their orders.
Requirements:
* You don't need any previous experience to join our team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude.
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience.
* Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
