We are part of a leading, and dynamic group of hospitality businesses that have gone from strength to strength in recent years, and we are a looking for Kitchen Porter to join our newest exclusive hire wedding and corporate events venue, The Exchange.
We pride ourselves on delivering first class banqueting experiences for our guests, and our mission is to be the very best at what we do. We specialise in creating luxury private events for our clients and we are searching for kitchen Porters to join the team and deliver the same level of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive stock deliveries and store produce in relevant stores/fridges
• Check deliveries for quantities
• Set-up kitchen at start of service
• Prepare food as and when directed by chefs
• Clear & deep clean kitchens and kitchen equipment on a daily basis
• Clean, wash, polish and store all used crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
on an ongoing basis
• Take all rubbish to bins being sure to recycle correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety
regulations
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely
delivery of meals
Experience:
• Experience as a Kitchen Porter or similar role in a restaurant setting is
preferred but not required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: Competitive hourly rate
