PLAYWORKER MANAGER
Salary: Grade D £25,183 - £27,269 pro rata
Actual Salary £14,227 - £15,406

The Governors of this successful and highly regarded school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Before and After School Club Manager.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - Breakfast Club 7.30am to 9am and After School Club 3pm to 6.15pm, Term Time Only.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Playwork.
Experience of working with 4-11 year olds in a play environment.
The role of the Playworker Manager is to lead the day to day organisation of the Before and After School Club by providing high standards of care and play opportunities for children between the ages of 4-11 years old in a safe and secure environment.

* Compliance of all regulatory requirements stated in the Early Years Foundation Stage and by Ofsted.
* Positive working relationships with staff members, outside professionals, parents and carers.
* Happy, supported and engaged children.
Duties & Responsibilities :
* Planning, preparing and delivering quality play opportunities within a safe and caring environment.
* To prepare the room for the morning or afternoon session.
* To create stimulating and exciting play opportunities for all pupils.
* To prepare snacks.
* To interact with all pupils.
* To greet the pupils and settle them into the club.
* To liaise with parents.
* To liaise with other team members.
* To ensure the setting is safe.
* To ensure the setting is left in a clean and tidy state ready for the next session.
* Providing support and supervision to play workers and other staff, including volunteers.
