KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategy Development Conduct market research to gather insights into client needs, market trends, and competitor activities across regions, ensuring that we stay competitive and relevant in both the UK and global markets. Define the target audience by developing key client demographics and personas across different regions, allowing us to create targeted, culturally aware marketing strategies. Lead campaign planning with clear short- and long-term objectives that enhance brand recognition, increase market share and support new product launches on an international scale. Oversee website and content creation to craft a cohesive storytelling narrative that highlights our company’s history, values, and strong international presence, making it compelling and accessible to clients worldwide. Campaign Management Drive campaign development from ideation through to implementation, ensuring each campaign reflects the brand’s messaging and strategic goals for diverse, global audiences. Manage execution across channels (digital, traditional media, in-person events) with an emphasis on maximising reach and engagement across different markets, ensuring that our brand resonates consistently. Oversee budget management, making strategic decisions to balance the needs of local and international campaigns while maximising ROI. Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead a team of contractor specialists, including content creators, social media managers, SEO experts, and designers, providing clear direction and support to deliver high-quality work that aligns with global marketing goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leaders, sales, and the technical and innovation teams to ensure our marketing activities support seamless brand experiences and align with overall business objectives. Coordinate agency and partner management with both local and international agencies, ensuring brand consistency and effective resource use. Brand Management Ensure consistent brand positioning across all regions, adapting tone, voice, and messaging to resonate with audiences in diverse markets. Direct public relations and communication globally, managing media relations, press releases, crisis communication, and partnership-building to bolster the company’s reputation across markets. Drive a content strategy that builds our company’s story across high-quality articles, videos, social media, and other content formats, reinforcing our brand as an industry leader. Membership in professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or equivalent is beneficial. An understanding of diverse markets, cultural nuances, and the ability to tailor campaigns for broad, global impact. Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple regions and managing comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns. Proven record in leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners or agencies effectively; with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop both in-house and external teams. Expertise in budget management and delivering measurable ROI on campaigns. Direct experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM systems. Strong proficiency in interpreting complex data and metrics, turning insights into actionable strategies and long-term goals. Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to adjust communication styles to suit a range of audiences.
