We're hiring for a confident, self-driven professional to join our client, a leading UK company delivering high-quality building engineering and turnkey solutions across a broad range of sectors. You’ll be trusted to run projects independently from pre-construction through to handover, managing everything from small-scale refurbishments to multi-million-pound fit-outs and new builds. From planning and procurement to execution and client handover, you’ll take full ownership and lead teams to successful delivery. There may be extensive travel to site within this role. Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for delivering M&E and building services projects from £250k to £5m Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and quality standards Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact on site Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards Control project budgets, variations, and forecasting Attend and lead site meetings and progress reviews Coordinate procurement and materials delivery in line with programme Ensure accurate project reporting and documentation throughout the lifecycle Drive continuous improvement and deliver best practice on all projects What You’ll Need: Experience managing building services or M&E projects independently A track record of delivery in one or more relevant sectors (retail, healthcare, education, etc.) Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Join a business that values quality, people, and long-term partnerships.
