The team provides a first-class service to clients across the local area, and they pride themselves on delivering quality customer service. They are looking for a recruiter with excellent account management skills to fill bookings, place candidates and develop existing business. This is an interesting and varied role that will require: · Strong servicing skills – day-to-day liaison with existing clients and candidates. · Advertising and attracting new applicants to the business. · Understanding businesses thoroughly and ensuring recruitment needs are anticipated and exceeded. · Answering the telephone and handling queries. · Interviewing and checking licences. · Recruitment administration You will: · Have a strong Recruitment Industry background, ideally within account management. · Be ambitious and be looking for a long-term move. · Need to be capable of managing your own time. · Work to exceptionally high standards within a team environment. · Have excellent communication skills. · Have a determined approach and strong work ethic. · Be a car driver – you may need to visit other sites.
