Salary: 30K + Competitive Commission

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels. You will leverage your industry expertise to identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services, including digital engagement, creative solutions, and artwork, to help clients achieve their exhibiting objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximise business opportunities.
* Identify and propose innovative solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
* Ensure cost-effective project management while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Analyse costs before and after events, offering insights for improvement.
* Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and oversee P&Ls for key accounts.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Prepare post-show reports with strategic recommendations for future events.
* Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure timely responses.
* Conduct client meetings, including Kick-Off, Pre-Show, and Post-Show reviews.
* Act as the main client-facing representative during events, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Ability to identify and resolve client challenges proactively.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
